Backorder Policy
Some products may be placed on backorder due to manufacturer availability. If an item in your order is on backorder, you will be notified as soon as possible with an estimated delivery timeframe, when available.
In-stock items will ship according to our standard shipping policy. Backordered items may ship separately once they become available.
If a backordered item cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, we will contact you to discuss available options, including substitution, partial shipment, or cancellation.
