    • Backorder Policy

      Some products may be placed on backorder due to manufacturer availability. If an item in your order is on backorder, you will be notified as soon as possible with an estimated delivery timeframe, when available.

      In-stock items will ship according to our standard shipping policy. Backordered items may ship separately once they become available.

      If a backordered item cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable timeframe, we will contact you to discuss available options, including substitution, partial shipment, or cancellation.

      • For backorder within 30 days based on order date, once the stock is available, we will process with our backorder and ship the item(s) out to you immediately.

      • For backorder within 31 days to 60 days based on order date, we will notify you and ask you if you still want the item(s). If you don't response back after 48 hours, we will process the backorder from your order and ship the item(s) to you right after.

      • For backorder more than 60 days based on order date, we will cancel that backorder. If you are interested in the item(s), you can replace that backorder with a new order to purchase that item(s).
