Products must be purchased within the previous fourteen(14) days for full refunds.
Equipment, special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable/exchangeable.
Any open items returned to us will not be accepted and will automatically be sent back to you at your own cost. A shipping fee will be billed to your account. (Fee will vary from province to province)
Gift cards that no longer qualify as a result of returning items must either be returned to us or the gift card amount will be deducted from refund amount.
Atop Dental is not liable for any wrong order placed by the customer. As a result, if we provide UPS or ICS service to ship back your items for return/exchange, freight charges will be billed to your account.
