How to Place an Order: Orders can be placed online through your account, by email or phone.

• Online ordering: You can place your order online by logging in with your account number and password.

  • If you have forgotten your password or are logging in for the first time, you will need to initialize/reset your password. If you don’t remember your account number, please call us at 416-293-2868 for more information.

    • Step 1: Click on the forgot password link

    • Step 2: Input your Account Number, then click the Reset button. There will be an email sent to you shortly. 

    • Step 3: Click on the link in that email to set/initialize your password.

• Email orders: To place an order by email, please send your purchase order or item list to order@atopdent.ca.

  Please include your clinic name, account number, contact information, item numbers, quantities, and shipping address to help us process your order efficiently.
