You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Special orders, drugs, dated or sterile items (including handpieces) and equipment may not be returned for credit. Handpieces will be repaired or replaced in accordance with the manufacturers’ warranties.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
You may have received a gift card as part of your original order. When returning an item that was used towards redemption of a gift card, you must make up the difference with an equivalently valued item. If you are not replacing the items used towards the redemption, gift card must be returned or equivalent gift card amount will be deducted from your return.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
* Discontinued or Expired Items
* Clearance Items
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged and/or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
