Trade Up Policy

1. This trade-in offer is only applicable to items listed on trade in form.

2. ATOP Dental is not responsible for any incorrect information that is written on the form by the customer.

3. This trade-in offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers (including gift cards).

4. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways for trade-in program and any additional fees specific to trade in offer.

5. The customer has the option of shipping their item(s) to Atop at their own cost using their own courier service. However, will still be charged for return shipping.

6. ATOP Dental does provide a UPS Label. However, you will be charged for the cost of using the UPS Label. (Fee will vary from province to province) GTA area: $10 ONTARIO: $13 QC: $14 BC: $16 OTHER if applicable: $16 USA: $25USD. These fees do not apply to large equipment, which will have their own applicable shipping fees.

7. If you choose to use the UPS Label, you must call UPS at 1-800-742-5877 and ask for a NEXT DAY PICKUP.
